As we mentioned earlier in the week, Northland will be serving Cajun specialties for the Vikings-Saints game that begins with the 5:40pm kick-off from the Superdome. Now that the weather has cleared, why not join friends or bring the family along and enjoy the game. There's still some time for a quick ski or snowshoe run or even a little bit of sledding before the game begins.
