Food Service Changes

There are a few changes taking place in the availability of food service at Northland. Saturday service will now begin at 5:00pm. Saturday lunch service will return in the Spring. Beginning on Sunday, members will now be able to get a hot sandwich and soup beginning at 11:00am. There will be no other Sunday food service until Spring, with the exception of the End of the Month Sunday Brunch on January 31.

Food and Beverage Manager Clint Johnson wants all members to know that he's willing to start a roaring bonfire on Saturday or Sunday afternoon if you intend to enjoy some family sledding, skating, snowshoeing or skiing. Just call in advance and he'll make sure the firepit is warm when you're ready. Once you're done with the outdoor activity, take advantage of drink specials in the bar. All hot drinks are $1 off and Bloody Mary's are just $4. The televisions will feature football, golf or whatever sporting event you'd like to watch.

You'll note some additional menu changes at Northland starting this next week, including Gourmet Mac 'n' Cheese (5 cheeses), Fried Green Tomato Tower, Bison Mini's are back as is the East End Burger, the popular Wagu Burger returns, and Chef Mike Schueller has added a House Aged Bistro Cut Strip Loin.
