Mardi Gras At NCC

Chef Mike Schueller and the culinary staff have created a special entree for Mardi Gras tonight...and will feature special menu choices during the remainder of the Lent season.
Tonight on the menu:

Cajun Chicken Oscar

This is blackened chicken topped with crab meat, a bearnaise sauce, topped on a bed of cajun potatoes.
Ash Wednesday begins Lent with Fresh Pompano. Watch for upcoming specials that will be announced each consecutive Friday through Good Friday.
