This is the first Friday of Lent and the culinary staff has created a featured entree to go along with the traditional Friday night fish fry at Northland. On the menu tonight is Fresh Pompano, with Collard Greens and Braised Fennel served with a Cashew Vinaigrette. Of course, you can also enjoy the fresh walleye featured on the Friday fish fry. Full menu service begins at 5:00pm.
Friday is also half price Wine Night at Northland. Here's an opportunity to sample some of our finest wines at a greatly reduced price. This has become a popular addition to the Northland schedule as each Friday Food & Beverage Manager Josh Stotts selects a few reds and whites for you to taste and enjoy. Special pricing begins at 5pm.
