Additional Work Before Green Covers

Superintendent Chris Tritabaugh has posted a new story on his blog about some additional work that was done recently in advance of the covers being put on the greens this week. The post begins:

While covering the greens signifies the end of another golfing season and the chance to relax a little from the daily pressures of managing turfgrass, this time of the year is very important. How we prepare the course for winter has an affect on how the course survives the coming months.
